- NYPD Permit Fee: Mandatory application filing fee for NYC takeoff/landing.
- NYC Mayor’s Office (MOME) Fee: Required citywide filming permit fee.
Professional Coordination & Labor ($800)
- NYPD Agency Liaison: End-to-end management of the NYPD application, site security check, and precinct coordination.
- MOME Permit Management: Coordination with the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment for city-sanctioned flight paths.
Logistics & Technical Compliance ($297)
- COI Admin & Endorsement: Managing the specific insurance requirements (5M) and naming the relevant parties as “Certificate Holder” & "Additionally Insured."
- Airspace Authorization: FAA LAANC digital clearing and flight corridor verification.
- Public Notification: Design and printing of mandatory physical community notices (required 48 hours pre-flight).
